Tribunals - Domiciliary Hearings or Hearings outside of HMCTs usual premises
Given the Judges comments in CDLA/5300/2014 was wondering if anyone had any examples where a FTT has been held in someone’s home, or a Dr’s surgery or any alternative to the court /Tribunal usual setting. Occurs as well that this could also be a reasonable adjustment for disability under the Equality Act . Any comments or guidance please greatly appreciated. Have whole raft of potential cases that may qualify…....
