DWP publishes Welsh language leaflets
Not quite sure about this as English section refers to leaflets but there only seems to be one leaflet in Welsh to download and, not being a Welsh speaker, don’t know what it says -

It’s Attendance Allowance. The page heading says ‘a collection of leaflets’, so presumably more will appear.
