APA refused criteria not met
We as a landlord have requested APA for tenant who is 8 months in rent arrears and we received letter stating he has applied for UC.
They have replied stating criteria not met and tenant will get Housing element paid to him.
Frequent broken arrangements and in and out of work.
Any advice?

Have you tried calling the RSL escalation number? chances are that a mistake has been made?
