JSA Rapid reclaim in UC area
Hi,
A quick questions - if a client’s JSA claim is stopped and he is in a UC area can he make a rapid reclaim for JSA to get back onto JSA or will he have to claim UC?

Did you find the answer to this? We have same situation to advise on.
The JC+ insist that any break in the claim means transfer to UC. I can’t find anyway to challenge this.
