Anyone got an email address or direct line or direct fax number for PIP that works…..

Just been informed by PIP telephony helpline ‘we don’t do fax numbers’..............

We are fed up of post disappearing into a hole…...

I thought it was all part of the trade sending the same correspondence 3 or 4 times. Used to work wonders for my Legal Aid claims.

Isn’t that normal?

I know it is part of the trade….....would be nice to have alternative methods though…... :)

I am awaiting a response from Partnership Team as we speak…...

We have first point of contact, contacts, who we can e-mail at PIP when all else fails…not sure if they’d be the same for your area but i’m willing to share.
