UC postcode map
The last two waves of UC expansion have made it more difficult to keep a clear overview of exactly where it is and isn’t running. I was wondering whether anyone has gone to the trouble of producing a UC postcode map. It could work quite well, with colour codes for different phases of the roll-out, maybe layers so you can view the state of play on any given date.
Is there anything out there?
Did a search last week for one but no luck. Best option is the DWP’s list of active sites at present.
You could do it with Google Fusion Tables.
You’ve just made that up.

I agree with nevip- Is a fusion table something to do with the DWP’s Agility Platform - I think we should be told!
Is it in the cloud.
I refer the right honourable gentlemen to the answer I gave earlier.
It really is an easy and powerful way to visualise data. It’s designed for sharing and meging in all sorts of mashups.

Blimey, I’m impressed, mind you I have absolutley no idea what any of it actually means.

I used the above site, almost as accurate!
Wow!! You couldn’t make it up (Hope I don’t get turfed off the forum).

The lady in your link looks like a UC programme director (On the left).

Your words, and the words in your link, seem to describe her (The sentence just after the heading).

I think I have been saved by the timing of the adverts….....time will tell.
Thanks everyone. Not as easy as it looks I guess
There’s a very basic map here…

.. the mapping is a very rough but it should give a reasonable impression of what’s meant to be happening in the autumn. You can click the districts/sectors for the start dates.
Brilliant!!
That is absolutely brilliant, nice work. Are you going to leave it there at that location so we can all create a shortcut to it?
Please could we have a Like Button on Rightsnet forum, like on Facebook, for posts like this?
Hi Robby, thanks for the suggestion, it’s certainly something we’ll consider…
