Have seen a couple last 4-5 months (ESA and PIP). I tell clients they will probably have to wait an average of about 2-3 months, although some do go through much quicker

Our legal officer Mike Spencer might also be able to take on one or both of the cases under our public law contract, see About test cases for more details including how to contact Mike.

We were advised yesterday by DBU that the current target time for DLA (child) is 11 wks but to expect more like 26 wks!

I have a case where it has been acknowledged that a ‘Mandy’ was requested 6 months ago and we’ve been advised that it won’t be processed…..!!
