Transferring DLA claim from Northern Ireland to London
We have a client recently awarded Middle Rate Care of DLA in Northern Ireland who is due to move to London. Any guidance on how her award will be affected by move appreciated.
Londoners can still get DLA under the old rules and report changes of circs under the same. I don’t know whether there are any boroughs that are being migrated to PIP, but I am sure someone will say so if there are.
