caselaw on jsa sanction
Hi just a bit of advice re an appeal hearing I have next week..
Its a JSA sanction appeal for failure to carry out a job seekers direction. I am looking for case law (reported commissioners decision) to back up my argument re credibility or good reason.. anyone have any useful caselaw on this. Much appreciated.
