Appeal following Man Recon
Does the appeal at the stage following a Man Recon have to be on the prescribed form ?
No but it’s helpful if it is as the SSSC1 contains the necessary questions for the enquiry form too.
An appeal letter could otherwise specify whether the appellant requires an oral hearing and whether they consent to less than 14 days’ notice of the hearing, that would cover it.
