Fax Number for Bradford Appeal Centre

Has anyone got a fax number for the Bradford Appeal Centre and or a direct telephone number for Cardiff, I have faxed the same SSCS1 to both but the Bradford fax came back as undeliverable and HMC&TS; say that they is no notification on the system that I am the rep.
