How do

When the descriptors were changed the working party report was circulated on here.

I’ve searcehd and googled and googled and searched but I can’t find it; I can’t remember what is was called which doesn’t help.

I don’t suppose anyone’s got a copy they could attach?

Cheers

Approximating the time it takes an individualto execute a task, identifying either one and a half, or two times longer than is considered normal, is a particularly complex measurement. There is always variation in the time it takes individuals to complete tasks and collecting substantial evidence in order to apply these descriptors is particularly problematic.

Yet in a bout of amazingly joined up thinking, they’ve just re-introduced this measurement into the wonderful ‘modern’ benefit PIP.
