Can anyone please tell me where I can find the rates of non-dep deductions for the Pensioner scheme for 2014 as I can’t seem to find them.

The new non-dep figures for the pension-age CTR scheme in England are in the CTRS(PR)(England)(Amendment) Regs 2013.

Deductions: £3.70, £7.45, £9.40, £11.25
Income Thresholds: £188, £326, £406

As DCLG have now abandoned the default scheme many (but not all) English LAs will be borrowing these figures for their working-age schemes.

Scotland and Wales have their own uprating for non-deps (pension-age and working-age) which are both slightly different.
