ESA timeline from start of process
Hi,
I’m fairly new to this policy area and to try and understand this a bit better, I was wondering about something
Does anyone have a handy graphic or flow chart which shows DWP timescales for each stage of the claimant process? Basically I want to look at how long each stage, by the departments reckoning, should take.
