local authority funding formula & benefit recipients
There was a thread on Rightsnet moons ago about the central govt. funding formula for LAs and how it took into account the number of recipients of certain benefits in the area in determining the level of central govt. grant.
Could someone point me to info. on the current formula, particularly how it impacts on two-tier LA areas?
