DLA Renewal/PIP letter??
Just did a DLA ‘renewal’ for client whose award expires in May. DLA form sent but crossed in post with a letter she received telling her her DLA will continue til her PIP claim is decided. She’s not claimed PIP and we’re not in the postcodes earmarked for moving over to PIP yet. They would not have received her DLA form at the time the letter was sent either. Anyone had this or able to shed any light on it?
We have this same occurence here in Oldham as well. We have just completed the DLA renewal and there has been no problems with awards/payments.

client has been sent PIP when seemingly returned DLA renewal form in time - any ideas?
