1 month holiday visa and HB

Afternoon All, just a bit of advice if anyone can help.

I have a tenant of chinese origin who is in receipt of full housing benefit. Her brother has a 1 month holiday visa and is coming over to stay with her for a maxinum of 1 month - could I ask: would her housing benefit be affected by him being there for that 1 month period ?

No, as the brother does not “normally reside” with her - no non dep issues.
