I’ve just received a UT decision on a case of mine which notes in passing that Judge Mesher has recently retired.  His judicial insight will be sorely missed.

Thank you for those kind words.  However, I should have made myself clearer.  Judge Mesher as as a salaried judge.  Whether he will stay around in another role, such as fee paid, I don’t know.

good bye to judge Mesher aswell he seems to have been there for the whole of my 20 year career.Also good to know your still here nevip.

Judge Mesher is indeed a most excellent Judge, one of the best, and will be missed if he does go.
