Request from DWP for posponement of Tribunal pending outcome of UT decision in CE/366/13 and CE/705/13.
Anyone know the issues involved in these cases?

We have also received case papers with this request in it, however, I cannot find anything which explains the relationship between our case and CE/366/13 and CE/705/13.  The case we have is for a service user who attends dialysis 3 times a week and was put into the WRAG group without attending a medical assessment.  Can anyone advise what the 2 cases are about.

CE/366/13 and CE/705/13 are two UT cases relating to whether a IB to ESA migration decision which doesn’t identify the points relevant under Schedule 2 is a ‘nullity’

The cases will consider at oral hearing whether CE/3186/12 is correct:
