PIP decisions
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). He is the UK national Customer Service Manager for ATOS, talking to him usually speeds things up in my experience. Only last week I emailed him regarding cl assessment within three days of email I had a decision from ESA people. I am sure it would work for pip too.
