Urgent help please,
I have a case that went to tribunal last month and was adjourned to 22 11 13 as the Judge wanted a presenting officer present. tribunal has now written to my client to say they want to postpoe hearing pending outcome of criminal proceedings, no proceedings have been notified to my client though the DWP fraud officer has made it clear that she has recommended criminal charges.
Do I have any grounds to challenge this postponement   as I think it is not in my client’s interest, it’s a living together case that I beleive is winnable at a tribunal
