Cannot follow the route of an unfamiliar journey
Am I missing anything or does the PIP form misstate the criteria for this activity/descriptor?
I have a client who cannot walk outside on his own due to physical problems. He needs supervision in case of an emergency so seems to fit Mobility activity 1(d) - Cannot follow the route of an unfamiliar journey without another person, assistance dog, or orientation aid.
The form says that physical problems are ignored for this activity but I can’t find any basis for such a restriction.
Good spot. As far as I am aware that’s incorrect…
