Transitional Amount not paid after going onto Income Based ESA from Contributory ESA
Client has exceeded 365 days on CB ESA and is now on Income Based ESA
however they have not paid the transitional amount claiming it to be a change of circumstances,
nothing has changes and he should have been transitioned over easily as has been previously entitled to Income Support

Problem we have is that not sure if client was on IS in first place…just want to know if he should get a transitional amount from going from CB ESA to IB ESA
