Nathalie Lieven QC and Tim Buley appeared for the successful Applicants for judicial review, MM and DM. Richard Drabble QC and David Blundell appeared for three charities, Mind, the National Autistic Society, and Rethink Mental Illness, intervening in support of the claim.
