Query regarding ability to contact DWP by direct telephone numbers (not 0845) particularly relating to STBAs

Hi everyone

May I ask if anyone has an arrangement to contact their ‘local’ DWP processing centre by direct telephone numbers (not 0845 which can be routed to any call centre) when they have urgent calls to make particularly regarding Short Term Benefit Advances?

If you do would you have anything in writing confirming said local arrangements that we could have a copy of?

We have some direct numbers yes…..nothing in writing as such just numbers exchanged at Liaison meetings.
