Just had a domicilary hearing in the clients own home granted…..gobsmacked.

Haha.

The only time I have requested one (with substantial evidence demonstrating its necessity) a decision notice in the client’s favour followed fairly soon after.

I’ve had one accepted. The doctor couldn’t believe the ATOS doctor who did a domiciliary assessment gave him no points.
The other domiciliary request failed because GP report to tribunal said he could travel 12 miles to tribunal centre
