R(M)1/88…
Hello All
Does anyone have a copy of (or link to) R(M)1/88 or Harrison v Secretary of State for Social Services 1987 ?
Need to address the issues relating to ‘functional overlay’ and I am drawing a blank. I have R(DLA)4/06 which looks at this issue, but as the tribunal was adjourned to enable further submissions and they directly noted the above Harrison case I would like to have a read.
