Bedroom tax suicide
Widely reported so I’m sure a lot of you will have already seen this news story but here’s a link a newspaper article about a woman who committed suicide as she was pushed into further poverty by the bedroom tax.
The link is: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/bedroom-tax-suicide-stephanie-bottrills-1886058
Am sure this probably won’t be the last of this sort of story we read about unfortunately
The tories blamed the “welfare state” for that idiot who burned down his house and killed his 6 kids. However when asked about the BT suicide they “refuse to comment on individual cases”
What a tragically sad story :(
But it’s OK, there won’t be any evictions etc anyway so i guess people shouldn’t worry, so says our bold Pensions Minister:
They also uphold the DHP budget as a talisman against all criticism. What a strand of straw to hide behind.
When did we go down the rabbit-hole to this unreality?
