Help To Buy equity loans
DOes anyone have any thoughts about how the ‘fees’, which are payable on these in relation to the government loan part of the scheme, should / would be treated as a housing cost. Analogous to interest / rent / nothing or something else?
A fee paid to a lender for borrowing money - sounds like interest to me.
