Have I missed something?
Has the 3 month forward test for Attendance Allowance been scrapped? In my new shiny Cpag book on Pg517, it states you must have had the disability conditions for 6 months prior to the first day of entitlement. Nothing mentioned about it expecting to last 3 months after entitlement….
There has never been a forward test of any length for AA, although in practice a minimum award period will probably be six months.
