Single room rate
Would a single person aged under 25 be exempted from the single room rate by a previosu stay in a hostel or does this only apply to those aged 25 to 34?

This only applies to the 25-34 age group. I suppose the reasoning is that it never applied to <25s between 1996 and 2012, so what they never had they won’t miss.
