Housing cost contribution/non-dependent deductions
Hello, we are just looking at the ‘housing cost contributions’ under Universal Credit and notice it is set at a flat rate of £68 per week for over 21 year olds. I can’t see that there won’t be a deduction if the non dep is on universal credit themselves and this would mean an expectation that people pay £68 per week out of £56.80 or £71.70?? Are we missing something? - i really hope so.
As UC is paid monthly, isn’t that a monthly figure?
Ah now we are much calmer of course we are idiots thanks very much.
