Supersession CB ESA Cancer

Hello
I am helping a woman who lost her appeal to go in the support group of ESA in January so her ESA (CB) is due to end in April after 365 days.

She was diagnosed with lung cancer around the same time as her appeal. She has now had a tumor removed and is due to start chemo in a short while - date TBC - still being decided on treatment.

Does anyone have any experience of supersession of CB ESA?

can CB ESA be superseeded?

I have sent in a letter asking for the a supersession with medical evidence but the Job Centre seem to be ignoring me buy saying they will call back and not bothering x2. Client and myslef feeling a bit pressured now.
