Dear All

Does anyone know of a CPAG / LASA / Rightsnet equivilant that operates in either Canada or New Zealand. Google has not been as helpful I was would have hoped.

I want to research how their systems work to see what lessons we can draw form User experience of the service.

There may indeed be comparative studies already written; I would happily do the reading. But I would like to engage in fresh research.

As ever, any help would be greatly appreciated

Canada’s benefits are administered by the provinces and territories. Ontario has a useful legal advice site which includes welfare rights: http://www.cleo.on.ca/en/resources-and-publications/pubs?language=en&field_legal_topic_tid_i18n=93

Yukon territory has this: http://www.povnet.org/regional/yukon/issues/welfare

So for Canada you have to search under each province or territory.

In NZ it seems it’s only their CAB, unless anyone knows any different:

Further to the above, it looks as if http://www.povnet.org/ provides stuff for all states/provinces in Canada - just click on the state or province.

There’s also AIRS the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems which is a US organisation but which has some Canadian Members.
