mandatory reconsideration regs

regs say that they apply to PIP from 8th april and ‘all remaining purposes from 29th april - no mention of October. Touchbase information suggests that new rules apply to PIP from 8th april and U.C 29th April - however what about C ESA and C JSA which are included in the regs and which the regs appear to apply to from 29th April? Is anyone clear on this? Are the new rules on challenging going to apply to decisions on C ESA and C JSA from 29th april and if so where claimants claim both and have two decision one on the contributory benefit and one on the MT version will they need to have a revision of the C ESA/JSA but have the opportunity ot appeal direct re the IR/IB ERSA/JSA for now?
