ESA while appealing to the upper tribunal
Hi, I have not been able to find out the answer and I’m sure this would have been covered already on the forum but my client lost her ESA appeal on Monday so does she need to make a new claim for ESA as she is still not fit for work or if she were to take her appeal to the Upper Tribunal would she get ESA assessment phase rate while she is doing this?
I hope this makes sense.
