reports that EU commission have rejected approach from four member states (including UK) asking it to review freedom of movement provisions on grounds that, when Bulgaria and Romania join EU, there will be flood of ‘benefit tourism’.
EU reported to have said that no member state, including UK, had been able to give any evidence that the problem of ‘benefit tourism’ exists -
