Upper Tribunal Oral Hearing Activity 9

I have my first UT oral hearing coming up, on the Continence descriptor (bladder- risk of loss of contol).

It is on the post March 2011 descriptors. Can anyone advise on how to prepare to present the case? I am not sure why an oral hearing has been directed.

To get this far, I have been using caselaw on the old descriptors.

The client is understandably embarassed about it.

She could not win it on that activity alone, but has mobilty and standing/sitting difficulties too.

No, I received the S of S Observations, then I made some. Then the Judge directed an oral hearing. I’ve had nothing since.
