Our local venue has two tribunal rooms and normally both rooms are used 5 days a week. However since Xmas only one room is being used. This is clearly going to result in a further backlog of listings.

Is this the experience at other venues / TS regions?

Could this be a shortage of tribunal members or HMCTS having spent this years cash (they will always deny this but is strange how in the run up to the end of the financial year there is alway a dearth or deluge of listings!).

Liverpool has six rooms operational at present.  It used to be five.  Sometimes most or all are in use, sometimes two or three.  Nothing’s changed here.
