How do

Knowing that this will likely stump the automata on the Pensions Service “help"line I thought I’d ask here first…

Does anyone know where I’d write to to make a Subject Access Request to PS for one of my punters?

Ta in advance.

Thanks Tony

They used to go through our local district manager’s office and I imagined some convoluted process where an application is as likely to be lost as dealt with.

In the past I’ve obtained a record by sending a request to: The Data Protection Officer, The Pensions Service office in Newcastle. But I agree that the local office, or whichever office you know holds the records, should also respond.  May be worth putting ‘The Data Controller’ or ‘The Data Protection Officer’ on the envelope.
