Has anybody been able to find out anything about the process of data sharing between DWP and local authorities Financial Assessment and Blue Badge teams.  The legislation came into force last July but nobody on the front line at DWP knows about it so we still have to jump through hoops to get information.

Thanks for that, but we know what the legislation says the problem is it isn’t being implemented.  We are still being asked whether we are on the apollo list.  Is some sort of list being or going to be put into place for financial assessments and blue badge teams.
