Interaction between DLA awards and ESA

There is a new decision on the UT website CE 1880 2012 about the need for a Tribunal to take into account an existing award of DLA when considering ESA inc Reg 29.

I know there are some earlier decision too eg on possible impact of HRM award on mobilisong descriptor etc, but cannot find them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
