Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the draft PIP descriptors from?

Any rumours about when the final version is coming out? Thought it might be around now.
On 26 November Esther McVey told parliament -
‘We intend to publish our response to the consultation on the PIP assessment criteria, with the final set of criteria, before the end of this year.’
so i suppose it must be quite soon!
