I have rather foolishly cited Evans v Bartlam [1937] AC 473 in a case before the UT on Monday - it is referred to in Tribunal Practice and Procedure as authority for the proposition that as a creature of statute a tribunal only has jurisdiction when that is conferred by statute.

Does anybody have a copy? If they do then emailing to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or fax to 020 78376414 would be much appreciated.
