IVB to IB to ESA Taxable benefit query

Client was on non taxable IVB and this was transferred to IB as trasitional protection. Is there the same protection when the same person then transfers to ESA?

No there isn’t - i did have the bit of paper with it all written on but i can’t find it sorry - someone more organised than me will probablly have it but there’s definitely no transitional protection in ESA for old IVB claimants.
