Transitional payments

Client used to get £108.05 from ESA converted from an IB claim which included a transitional top up. He has now had 365 days of what amounts to contribution based ESA and has gone on to income based ESA but in the process the top up has gone. Is this correct, to me the DMG seems to indicate that it isn’t but I may be misleading myself.

Sorry pete , i posted the same question this morning without noticing.
Read my above post as they cant remove transitional protection after 365 days.
