Non Dependent Deductions
Tenant’s daughter is 22 and worked 9 hours pw earning less than JSA applicable amount. She could have claimed JSA top up but didn’t. If she had, her mother would not have recieved a NDD. Does anyone know of any caselaw saying nil NDD if non dep would have been entitled to JSA (IB) but didn’t claim?

but maybe the claimant can claim a DHP to top up their HB by the amount of the NDD
