Does anyone have any written evidence that under an LSC WB contract you can complete DLA forms (and if possible ESA50’s due to migration).....need info asap please!

In short, yes you can for both but you need to demonstrate that its not the form filling as such that you were doing but rather you are claiming for the time taken to explain the legal terms for the benefits. LSC used to look more kindly on the DLA applications but LSC did release a practice note stating in theory this could apply to IB50s too (and by implication ESA50s)

Now I know this is not what you were asking for directly, and unfortunately my knowledge on this comes from my previous place of work and I no longer have access to the written information there.

BUT if you dont get what you want from others still practising in the area on these forums, try iLEGAL here:

Patrick Tornesy, who is heavily involved in the site, used to do training which included specific advice on this and challenging LSC, which may be of help.

ilegal is definitely your best bet Helen - there is a thread on there regarding this very issue - you may have to do some hunting but i definitely remember one.
