Community Care Advocates
It seems very difficult to find advocates who are prepared to assist in challenging assessments made by SSD’s and discharges and entitlement to continuing care in the NHS.
Does anyone have any knowledge of a list of advocates or have any recommendations? I’m particularly interested in London and Sussex.
I’m not sure if this is the type of advocate you mean, but there is a database of advocates on the Action for Advocacy website:
