Check out our new welfare rights email support service

Hi –

We wanted to let you know about a new email advice support service we’re launching for voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations.

Thanks to funding from the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and the John Ellerman Foundation, our new service is designed to provide frontline advisers with speedy access to quality-assured casework support from our in-house welfare rights team.

Aimed at those who are not regular users of the rightsnet discussion forum, we’d love to hear from you if you’re an adviser working with a VCS advice organisation and are looking for support in dealing with your clients’ welfare benefit and tax credit queries. Alternatively, if you know of an organisation who you think might benefit from access to the service, do please pass our details on to them.
